PLLuM: Polish Language Model in the New 2026 Edition

PLLuM, often written colloquially as „Plum”, is a Polish family of language models developed with Polish language, public administration, business, and individual users in mind.

The provided infographic code has been moved to a safe React/Recharts component because the article content on the portal does not run external Chart.js scripts or CDN code.

The version published on the portal retains the nature of an infographic but uses data confirmed in public sources.

The most important correction concerns facts.

In public materials, there is no need to describe "Plum 2.0" as a model with 1.5 billion tokens and a fixed 32K window if this cannot be confirmed in source documents.

The Ministry of Digitalization informed on May 21, 2026, about the expansion of the PLLuM family by 11 new models, in 4B, 8B, 12B, and 70B variants.

The 4B, 8B, and 12B models are available in base, instruction, and dialogue versions, while the largest 70B variant is intended for more complex tasks.

According to the Ministry of Digitalization's communication, the training dataset included about 7 million Polish texts selected for quality, legality, and source transparency.
